1. Our Policy on Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our digital services (Custom Beats and Beat Remakes) and the fact that we deliver irrevocable digital goods, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable once any creative work has begun or the final product has been delivered.
When you purchase a service from us, you are commissioning creative work and a final digital product that is tailored to your specific requirements. The resources, time, and creative effort invested in a project are committed from the moment work begins. For these reasons, we cannot offer refunds after this point.
2. Cancellation Exception
We understand that circumstances can change. A client may be eligible for a full refund under one specific condition:
- The order is canceled in writing (via email) BEFORE any creative work on the project has started.
The determination of whether work has commenced is at the sole discretion of DANODALS. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@danodals.com.
3. Dispute Resolution and Revisions
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the final product, we will not issue a refund. Instead, we will address your concerns through the revision process that was agreed upon at the start of the project. We will work diligently within the scope of the agreed-upon revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
